I've been photographing families, couples, kids, and seniors since 2007 and have loved every minute of it! Seriously! I have the very best clients who always seem to become sweet friends.

At the start of 2021 I announced I'm taking a small sabbatical from photography to concentrate on my abstract art. And while this is still very true, I've been reminded how I ALWAYS have a camera in hand and I do love the art very much. With that in mind, I will continue to take on a small amount of clients and projects.

I love photography, but I love people more. I believe every family deserves photos they'll forever love and a top-notch photography experience. I'm grateful to be able to deliver both! With my artistic eye and genuine care for people, I create a relaxed portrait experience that leads to joyful and authentic images. It's an honor to document a family's story in this way and to provide artwork that will be treasured today and years to come.

1.

Now that you know a little about me, I'd love to learn about you! Drop me a quick note in the contact form telling me what kind of session you're interested in and share something about yourself too. This will be the catalyst to starting to plan your special photo experience. 

Once I receive your note, we can work together to find that perfect date and secure it with your payment. I'm also happy to jump to our coffee date and chat more about what a session would look like and book in person too!

Part of the Carolyn Bowles experience is meeting for coffee at my local Madeira Starbucks, my second home office! I'd love to treat you to a beverage of your choice as we get to know each other and plan out all the session details. I mean, who doesn't want to chat outfits, location, and photography over an iced latte?

Now that we're good friends and have all the details set, we simply wait for the special day to arrive. All sessions take place on the weekends in a location of your choice two hours before sunset for that perfect, soft lighting.

Two weeks after our session you'll receive a link to download your gallery of approximately 40 digital images. You may download all images an unlimited amount of times to an unlimited number of devices. Family and friends are welcome to do the same. It's what I would want from a session and love providing these privileges to you too!

As a thank you for being a Carolyn Bowles client, I order every single image as a 5x7 bordered print, wrap it in a box, and deliver to you. It's a gift you can treasure in your hands today and for years to come!

You'll have access to your gallery for easy, convenient printing throughout the year! There's an online shopping cart just for you with special pricing to my professional lab. So, you can order professional prints, or canvases without ever having to leave the house, or your gallery site!

The Carolyn Bowles experience is $550 (plus ohio state tax) and includes PLANNING, PHOTOGRAPHY, DIGITAL IMAGES and 5x7 bordered prints as a gift.
