I photographed this family last year in the cool spot of Clifton. This year they chose an equally fun place — Findlay Market for their photo session. I love how they select locations that are special and unique to them. It makes me happy knowing we’re not only documenting their family, but the memories they create together too. I’m sure years from now these kids will treasure the time spent at the market with their mommy and daddy. In just the short time we were there, the kids were able to taste popcorn, ride an old-fashioned horse, eat Belgium waffles, dance to music, smell flowers, run around the blocked-off streets, and slurp down tall lemonades. Who wouldn’t have a ball? I had such a great time myself and can hardly believe that after living in Cincinnati for over a decade I had never been to Findlay Market. I’m happy to say it’s a new favorite spot and will definitely frequent it with my own family. Thanks M family for a great session and for always thinking out of the box. I can’t wait to see what you come up with next time!
